Hi there, I’m Sanja and I am a psychologist and an organizational development professional with 10 years of experience in organizational psychology, mainly in fast-paced IT companies. I am passionate about coaching, leadership and cross-cultural differences. I am generally a cheerful person, a dedicated team player, and pretty straight-forward in communication. I value sound arguments in approaches to organizational development, as well as to life. I am originally from Serbia, but I have lived in the Netherlands and Germany for more than 4 years already. Everything I do comes from a desire to help everyone in the world feel a bit happier.
