Biography

Hi there, I’m Sanja and I am a psychologist and a leadership and organizational development professional with 10 years of experience in fast-paced IT companies. Currently, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and entering the field of leadership development in wholesale. I am passionate about coaching, mental health, diversity, sustainability and cross-cultural differences. As a person, I am generally cheerful, calm, and pretty straight-forward in communication. Sound arguments are my anchor in work, as well as in life. I am originally from Serbia, but I have lived in the Netherlands and Germany for more than 6 years already. Everything I do comes from a desire to help everyone in the world feel a bit happier.
